Harry E. Turner - Co-Founder and Principle Associate

Harry has over thirty years of experience in the development, construction and operations of master planned communities. Mr. Turner gained his experience with many of the premiere community developers in the United States, including Landmark Land Company, Lake Las Vegas, SWD Communities and the Lyle Anderson Companies. While with Landmark Land Company, Mr. Turner operated two of the company’s signature communities in La Quinta Hotel and Golf Club and Carmel Valley Ranch Resort. He also led the successful planning and entitlement efforts of Stanford Oaks in Sacramento, California for the company.

From 1992 through 1997, Mr. Turner developed and operated the award winning SouthShore Golf Club and Reflection Bay resort course for Lake Las Vegas, working very closely with Jack Nicklaus and his team.

In 1997, Mr. Turner helped form SWD Communities a successful community developer with projects in California, Utah and Texas.

In 2003, Mr. Turner joined the Lyle Anderson Company as President of Las Campanas Ltd in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As President, Mr. Turner oversaw the operations of the project’s vast amenities that include two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, a state of the art equestrian facility that included 96 stalls and a 34,000 square foot show arena and a full service spa and fitness club. During his tenure, Mr. Turner also revamped the sales force and led an effort to re-map the projects remaining development parcels to diversify its product offering. These efforts resulted in the increase of developer home site sales from $2 million in 2002 to $30 million in sales revenues in 2004. By 2005, approximately 545 of the remaining home sites had been placed under contract with local, regional and national homebuilders.

In 2006, Mr. Turner formed HT Advisors Inc. (www.htadvisorsinc.com), a company that assists clients in strategic planning, amenity design and development and operational start-up and execution.

Harry was recruited by and joined Pacific Links International (www.pacificlinks.com) in 2011 and serves as Regional Vice President for mainland United States. Pacific Links is a collection of clubs and courses in California, Hawaii, Nevada and West Virginia in the United States, and in China offering a unique membership structure whose main feature is reciprocal access to multiple clubs worldwide that are well designed, possess strong character and deliver a memorable golf experience in a desirable location.

Harry oversees the company’s holdings in Las Vegas, Nevada including DragonRidge, Southern Highlands as well as SouthShore and its sister property, The Lake Club. He also is responsible for Pete Dye Golf Club in Bridgeport, West Virginia and Dove Canyon Golf Club in California.

As previously noted, Harry formed LIONHEART with Lee Singletary in 2010 and continues to work closely with LIONHEART on various select projects.

Mr. Turner is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a Life Member of the PGA of America.
